1. Scope and responsible company
This Privacy Policy explains how AG SERVICES AND CONSULTING LLC ("AG Services," "we," "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Sheep Meadow (the "Game"), related support, and these official webpages.
2. Information collected by the Game
The current release of the Game does not collect or transmit personal information to us. In particular, the Game:
- does not require an account, login, name, email address or player profile;
- does not contain advertising or use advertising identifiers;
- does not include analytics, attribution, social-network or other third-party tracking SDKs;
- does not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone;
- does not sell or share personal information; and
- does not offer subscriptions or processed in-app purchases in the current release.
3. Information stored locally
The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including level progress, virtual coin and heart balances, selected language, audio and vibration settings, and similar preferences needed to provide the Game. This information is not transmitted to AG Services. You can remove it by clearing the Game's storage in your device settings, where supported, or by uninstalling the Game. Removing or reinstalling the Game may permanently erase local progress.
4. Device access and connectivity
The current Android build does not request access to sensitive device data such as contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone. The application may contain standard network-state and internet capabilities supplied by the game engine, but the current Game release does not use them to send player profiles, gameplay analytics or advertising data to us.
5. App stores and device platforms
Your app store, device manufacturer or operating-system provider may independently process information required for downloads, updates, security, diagnostics or store services. AG Services does not control that processing. Review the applicable provider's privacy policy and device privacy settings.
6. Information you provide for support
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address you use and the information you include. We use it to respond, investigate issues, maintain necessary business records and protect our rights. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
7. Official webpages
These webpages do not use advertising, analytics pixels or non-essential cookies. They are delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes standard network information such as IP address and request headers to deliver and secure the site under its own privacy terms. We do not use this infrastructure to build player profiles or track activity across unrelated services.
9. Retention, deletion and privacy requests
We have no server-side player account or Game data to retain or delete. Local gameplay information remains on your device until cleared or the Game is uninstalled. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.
You may request access to or deletion of information in support correspondence by contacting us. We may verify the request using the email address associated with that correspondence, and applicable law may permit or require retention of limited records.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Children's privacy
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent personal information to us in a support message, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. International users
AG Services is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your message may be processed in the United States or wherever our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Game features, data practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. Before a future release adds advertising, analytics, purchases or other services that change data practices, we will update this policy and required app-store disclosures.
