1. Scope and responsible company

This Privacy Policy explains how AG SERVICES AND CONSULTING LLC ("AG Services," "we," "us" or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Lightkeeper: Tower Stack (the "Game") and this official support website.

2. Information collected by the Game

The current release of the Game does not collect or transmit personal information to us. In particular, the Game:

• does not require an account, login, name, email address or profile;
• does not include advertising or advertising identifiers;
• does not include analytics, attribution, social-network or other third-party SDKs;
• does not request access to precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone;
• does not sell or share personal information; and
• does not offer subscriptions in the current release.

3. Information stored on your device

The Game may save limited gameplay information, such as settings, current progress or a best score, locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the Game's features and is not transmitted to us. You can remove locally stored Game information by clearing the Game's data where your operating system supports that option or by uninstalling the Game.

4. App stores and device platforms

Your device manufacturer, operating-system provider or app store may independently process information needed to provide downloads, updates, security, diagnostics or store services. We do not control that processing. Please review the privacy settings and privacy policy of the applicable platform. The Game does not contain third-party SDKs that send data to those providers on our behalf.

5. Information you provide for support

If you email us, we receive the email address you use and any information you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, maintain appropriate business records and protect our rights. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed to answer your request.

6. This support website

This website does not use advertising, analytics pixels or non-essential cookies. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes standard network information, such as IP address and request headers, to deliver and secure the website under its own privacy terms. We do not use that infrastructure to build player profiles or track activity across unrelated services.

7. Disclosure, sale and sharing

Because the Game does not collect personal information, we do not disclose, sell or share personal information from the Game. Support correspondence may be processed by our email service provider solely to deliver and store email. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention, deletion and privacy requests

We have no server-side player account or Game data to retain or delete. Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until it is cleared or the Game is uninstalled. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims.

You may ask us to access or delete information contained in your support correspondence by emailing us. To protect users, we may need to verify that the request comes from the email address associated with the correspondence. Applicable law may permit or require us to retain limited records.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Children's privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other players. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us in a support message, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. International users

AG Services is based in the United States. If you contact us for support from another country, your message may be processed in the United States or wherever our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the Game's features, data practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a future Game version begins collecting personal information or adds advertising, analytics or third-party SDKs, we will revise this policy and any required store disclosures before or when that change takes effect.
